Sandra has a strong track record of helping companies weave sustainability into their core strategies, bridging sustainable actions with business management and effective brand communication. She has fostered private-public partnerships, including her role on the inaugural Impact and Sustainability team at the Global Fashion Agenda, where she led the Circular Fashion Partnership. Sandra is currently an in-house Senior Sustainability Strategist and Project Manager at Quantis International, a BCG company.
Born and raised in Tanzania, she is actively involved in shaping an equitable circular economy. She advises regional policy development in East Africa, focusing on researching second-hand trade and solutions for textile waste in Tanzania and Kenya. She is also an advisor and ambassador for Africa Collect Textiles (ACT), a social enterprise tackling the textile waste crisis in Kenya and Nigeria by promoting the reuse and recycling of used textiles.
Sandra is dedicated to the transformative power of storytelling. She serves on the board of Creatives for Climate, a global nonprofit network of over 30,000 entrepreneurs, employees, and ethical agencies committed to leveraging the creative industries—including advertising, marketing, and public relations—to drive climate solutions.
